It is a standalone app, so you don't have to install any plugins to use it. This application can edit, extract, add, and replace hyperlinks in a PDF file, and it has a simple and clean interface.
Once you have installed the app, you need to open the app and select the file you want to edit. You will then be able to see all the links in the document. You can now edit the links, add new links, or remove links. You can also add the target folder for the export.
After you are done editing the PDF file, you can save the file or export it to a new PDF file.
