BookReader is a free built-in e-book reader for Windows 8. Created by Alex Drel, this utility tool features a multi-column format for easy reading and turning of virtual pages, replicating the experience of reading a hard copy of a book.
Adjust the font size
Compatible with standard e-books and DRM-free ePub copies of books, BookReader features the options “Increase Font” and “Decrease Font” to resize the text size according to your comfort level, making reading from a screen more enjoyable and less eye-straining. You can also select your preferred font and theme.
Another feature of this app is the “Pin Book” option, which pins a book to the Windows Start menu, allowing you to jump right back into reading your book once you finish an important task or turn on your device. Unfortunately, this program is only available for Windows 8 devices.
